All workshops will be conducted, as much as possible, in accordance with the details contained on this website. We reserve the right to make alterations to the workshops for matter which are beyond our control, without notice.
Bookings may only be made by completing the form on this website. Confirmation will be sent to you via the email address provided by you. Payment must be made by credit card at the time of booking. No credit card details will be stored. No GST is payable.
Once a workshop is booked and confirmed by us no refund will be given for cancellation.
If you notify us or your inability to attend more than 14 days before the date of the workshop, a voucher to the value of your original booking will be issued by us for you to re-schedule a further workshop. If a workshop of greater value is booked using a voucher, you will be invoiced for the difference.
If you notify us or your inability to attend 14 days or less from the date of the workshop no refund or voucher will be given. You may nominate a person to attend in your stead provided you notify us of that person’s name, phone number, email and address by email prior to the workshop.
If we must cancel a workshop due to circumstances beyond our control you will be advised by email and a voucher issued for you to re-schedule a further workshop.
These provisions apply to bookings made by way of redemption of a gift or other voucher.
All written material provided at workshops and the contents of this website are protected by copyright laws of Australia and may only be put to personal use.
All information provided to us by you will be held as confidential information and will not be provided to any other person or organisation save and except to a third-party presenter for the purposes of providing the workshop.
We will hold Public Liability insurance on all venues. Insurance or any other loss is your responsibility.
This website may from time to time contain information from or hyperlinks to other websites operated by third parties. Such links are provided for your conference only and we take no responsibility for the content, accuracy, copyright compliance legality or decency of the content of such information or sites.
